I bought the Premium Starter pack a week ago on PS5 and still have not recieved the 2,300 helix credit nor can I upgrade the weapons that are included in it at the blacksmith. Support said wait 24 hours and it's been a week. I made a case and have proof of transaction going through but still nothing. Makes no sense how I can recieve the weapons but not my helix credits which a obviously most of what your paying for in the pack. Please help.
