The Tomb, unable to progress to infirmary
@Ubi-SleepyGoat No, sorry that doesn't work in this case. I killed the rogues, couldn't progress, so I killed myself and had to clear the room of NPCs but the door was still open and I could not progress. (Playing on Hard difficulty). I first encountered this glitch at least 2 years - plenty of spots on various forums complaining about it.
