Legion is a good game but it can be better. These are some ideas that I have that I hope to see in any future update, if there is more than just bug fixing.
Tweaks to general perks: Drone Betray Hack and LTL Weapons (MCX, MPX, MP7, Goblin and M1014).
Tweaks to current season pass characters.
New additions
Hopefully you guys take into consideration these ideas. They open up more options to play and have fun. I love this game (even if some updates broke certain things I like) and hope to see it better. Cheers.
Why is outpost reset put enemy to your level +4? Insurgency, the endgame content only set the enemies to your level +2. This makes half the base weapons ineffective because they cannot oneshot-headshot with armor piercing ammo. It just makes absolutely zero sense to have enemies to be bullet sponges in a Far Cry game.
Additionally, vehicles should also be looked into. Right now vehicle perks are largely ignored since it's better to get positive perks like Albion Vendetta or Physically Fit. If possible, add an additional slot to all operatives' weapon wheel to function similarly to car on demand. However you can only summon vehicles from operatives you own (such as a Bogen from Helen) and it will cost ETO to do so (varied depend on vehicle class). Characters with vehicle perks can summon their perk vehicle for free. This would gives incentive to recruit people with cars to build up an on demand collection.
And while on the topic of vehicles, please also tweak Getaway Drivers' Custom Car. This custom ride currently feels generic and less cool than a spy car or standard fast vehicle (such as the Obscuro). To make it more unique, allow the use of Nitrous Boost just like WD2, it would only make sense for a car designed specifically to outrun pursuer to have a built in speed boost.
- Fix Skell Credits related passive are not working.
- Fix Ballistic Advantage not working properly (does not give you extended range)
- AI teammates not following your behavior and always uses loud weapons (why do they sync shot with their main weapon, not their sync shot weapon?)
- Panther class items cannot be refilled after the Mission "Cover Up". It will refill the useless spray bottle that you got as mission reward. Please remove that item, it is causing conflict.
- Takedown animations while holding a pistol is bugged.
- Pistol such as the 5.7 and Desert Eagle have incorrect caliber, so they would use your main weapon ammo pool as well. If you can't add specific caliber, just group them into either caliber size (Small, Large, Shotgun, Precision) or caliber type (Pistol, SMG, AR, SR, LMG, SG)
- Incorrect magazine count on a lot of weapons (the 1911 extended magazine is the biggest culprit, giving 30 bullets instead of something more believable like 10)
- IR illuminator is always on. It's distracting, and blinds you. Either make it on when aiming only (which was suggested in the patch notes), or give me a way to manually toggle it on/off.
- Rework the NVG and Thermal control. Instead of having to cycle through all vision mode to turn off. Make it so that the vision mode button turns on and off the vision while holding it changes the mode.
- More universal gunsmith attachment such as sights and magazine. It's is weird that the 1911 extended magazine (please fix the ammo count) cannot be used on the .45 Longslide.
- The new weapon proficiency system is cool but here is one minor issue. Maxed out mobility gives you faster moving speed while grabbing someone. That's good however, the animation is sped up to a comical degree.
- Crafting has been a crucial part of the theme and mechanics of the game, but I hate going to menu. Let me craft items from the item wheel by hovering over an item and hold a buttion to craft (similar to Watch_Dogs 1)
- 2 items need to be removed from the item wheel because nobody wants to use them over other more beneficial items. These 2 items are binoculars (should be bound to the B key like Wildlands) and breaching torch (if you have it in your inventory, you should be able to use it and not have to equip it in the item wheel)
- Please remove Nomad NVG activation voiceline. It's annoying, I know that NVG is on.
- Weapons have weird arm glitch if your reload speed is too high. Example: AK74 Assault Survival (small magazine, shift angled foregrip, and Close and Personal perk) or K1A (similar setup)
- Armor Buster last bullet doesn't work. It won't penetrate Heavy, Oppressor or Dreadnought helmets and only knock them off. Only last bullet is affected.
- Remove paint restriction on skinned weapon (this was a bug on the ACR Brown, make it a feature) and the patterned suppressors (Hive, Prism)
@ubi-milky To confirm, this is not an issue from Nvidia or Geforce Now. This happens in solo game session on PC with the game launched directly through Uplay. This is an issue with chase-drone auto targeting mechanics.

Post your bugs in here. Also take pictures in case support asks.
@UbiMindflayer This issue became more evident after Zhanhu Hero Fest. Some backend change is probably affecting this. What worse is that it also creates input delay. You can check out a video test here.

@Ubi-MrM It has been 2 months since this was first reported and the issue is still there. Here are 2 videos detailing what the bug looks like.
For the love of god fix it.
@teh_greg It's like you guys collectively share a braincell or something. I didn't say it was difficult. I said the enemies are bullet sponges and that's a [censored] design for a Far Cry game. Giving enemies too much health renders half of the base arsenal to almost a useless state. I can stealth any outpost undetected with bow and throwing knives but I want to use other weapons too, like the FAL or M16 or PMM. But having shots just bounce off enemies despite using ARMOR [censored] PIERCING bullet is just stupid. It's not about difficulty or getting good, it's about having consistency in design. When I spent over 100 hours playing a game, where every time I headshot someone with a D50 and they die, only for a post launch feature to go against all of it is [censored] design. Defending stupid design choices and you will get stupidly-designed games.
@ubisushivamp So here are two videos:
For the CQC glitch:
@ubi-mushy I understand that there will be no further big content update but right now, the animation issue is still there. It was fixed but not all the way. Instead of t-rex arms now we have extended arms when doing takedowns with pistols. The reload animation with close & personal perk is still bugged when crouching. I wonder if the team will continue with another bugfix patch? I have given up hope on many big issues, I just need these two to be completely iron out.
@ubi-thrupney There is a checkpoint nearby that you can airdrop into. That will trigger all the guards to run outside looking for an invisible threat despite you being out of their field of vision. There is no alarm either, they just run outside. After awhile they go back to normal. If I drive there or walk there, they will act normal.
@goose-andduck It was happening with all classes and knives as long as you have a pistol equipped. It should be fixed after today's maintenance.
Whenever I reset Dulce Sugar Mill outpost, the enemies would just go instantly on alert and look for some invisible threat that is nowhere nearby. This happens if you airdrop, driving there does not seem to trigger this.
@rickidoo2010 sure, it forces me to switch from a mid tier gun like the M16 to the SKS because the M16 cannot one-shot headshot an regular armored grunt with AP rounds. All pistols cannot one-shot headshot because it forces you to adapt right? My bolt action rifle cannot one-shot an enemy in the head because it's just adaptability issue right?
Dude I get it, you love the game. I don't ask for them to make the AI deal less damage or have less health. I just ask them to have consistency when it comes to gameplay because Insurgency can only get up to rank 22, which means my headshot is still an instant kill. Landing a headshot requires effort, and I should be rewarded with an instant kill. All I need is that, a headshot being a one-shot kill. They can keep the stupid level scaling if they want, just give me that one thing. Making enemies into bullet sponges only make people hate this game. People are already complaining that this game requires too much headshots, making headshot less effective would only make the game worse.
And before you say just use high end weapons, Far Cry is a game about freedom of approach. Limiting my firearms selection is stupid, and whoever says that is a good decision can be described the same way. Far Cry New Dawn suffered this exact problem which is why no one is inclined to replay that game.
