Playing on the Xbox Series X and had the exact same problem. I tried smashing all the pots and there were still two of the units blocked. So I came here... found out about throwing a body. It worked on the first one. I slid it all the way to the left and the guy who wasn't speaking at all said thanks for freeing him.... even though he was still kind of stuck because I hadn't even tried to move the other unit. He just teleported outside and gave me the mission complete when I talked to him. Good luck all
