

Hi guys,
So I've sunk about 118hrs into the campaign on my PS4. Connected to my Ubisoft Connect account. Have a bunch of saved games. None of them have a cloud symbol next to them...
Recently bought a PS5 and was looking forward to continuing with the PS5 version, but even though that is also connected to my Ubisoft Connect account, it only has the 'start new game' option on the main screen. I've tried re-saving games on my PS4 and waiting, but I never seem to get any saves uploading to the Ubisoft Cloud services. Has anyone else encountered this? ANyone have any ideas how to fix this situation?

Really sucks that this promised 'cross-play' feature is so broken. Soured my experience. I've started a new game on PS5 and still have my animus store purchases, but basically feel like this broken feature and lack of support has put paid to my chances of buying any more Ubisoft games...
So you can't open a support case, chat is unavailable, and posts here get ignored.
I'll have to think long and hard before buying anymore Ubisoft games from now on....
