A lot of customers have the same issue.

• Reinstall game many times
• Updated windows
• Updated drivers
• Reinstalled DirectX
• Reinstalled Visual C++
• Reinstalled Net Framework
• Cleaned register with CC Cleaner

Nothing work.
Reason is simple. This game only support Windows 10 x64. If you have another OS it is game over.
So why are they selling this game to any WIndows user ?

I tried to get a refund. You can't. Guess what. They made you tick a checkbox when you launch first time the game. This checkbox say that you cannot proceed any refund if you launch the game.
ANd guess what ? The crash appear just after that.

You literally bought a game 60€, cannot launch it, don't play it and have a 0 secondes play time. You won't get refund.

This is literraly a scam. They know it. They will certainly fix it in some months but they will take your money first..
I'm know considering multiple options against Ubisoft.

MAYBE they will add other OS than Windows 10 x64 in some months. It is a maybe

On the purchase page, there is a small screen with a small image who advise you of this requirement. And because they "warned" you, they won't refund you.

I, you, we all should read the very small lines of the contract....

Getforce RTX 2070 SUPER
I5 4670K
24Gg RAM

and..
Windows 7...


It seems this game does not support Windows 7 but only Windows 10 x64
And if you want to get a refund... well good luck. When you try to launch the game first time,n they made you accept no pay back because you "launch" the game. Even if this last does not open, even if you didnt play at least 1 second.

This is scam and i'm really really angry about that.
