Not on the Big fish issue, the talking pig still not talking to me!

Just got gold on this challenge after roughly 36 hrs play.
I did it by sniper tactics and mostly running away! This was the last, and by far the hardest challenge so far.

200 tokens and nothing left in the shop to buy ....
Why do I carry on ?

Question regarding new trials, can you get more than 1 bronze, silver or gold from each trial ?

Shop does not restock. I have 400+ tokens with nothing to buy ...
