I'm having the same issue. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT!!!!!!

Whenever I aim my bow during combat, the bow freezes in place for a couple seconds. No matter how much I move the mouse, or Xbox joystick, I am unable to change where I am aiming. During this time enemies and I can move, but I am unable to change my view. It lasts for about 2 seconds, and makes shooting boss weak points nearly impossible. I have no issue when in exploration, just when in combat. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is happening to me as well, PC with MKB
