@charrich It appears this quest is quite buggy then. I don't have the same issue as you, but im also stuck on this quest because of another bug. Made a post about that too, so lets hope they fix this quest.

After blowing the horn in Glory Regained, the screen will go black for a little bit. After that I see Eivor again on the platform of the horn, but i cant move or do anything else. I've already tried restarting the game several times, and i've verified the game files as well. Please fix this bug, i can't continue playing this game that i paid for atm
