Right now the limiter can only be changed in increments of 5 in-game, if it could be changed in increments of 1 it would help a lot. Using an external fps limiter caused inconsistent performance over the in-game one.
Seems the in-game fps limiter always adds 1 to whatever it is set. For example, if set to 60 fps, in-game the fps limit will be 61.
A workaround I found was to set the MaxFPS in the Documents/Assassin's Creed Valhalla/ACValhalla.ini to a value that is 1 lower than what you want, for example, if you need 60 fps, set it equal to 59.
This value will reset to 90 if you go into the Options menu after launching the game though.
Hey, @ubiexcellent. I've uploaded a video of the previews being fast forwarded on YouTube, this is the link to the video:
Re: [ability preview is in fast forward](/topic/79526/ability-preview-is-in-fast-forward)
I'm having the same issue as these players. https://www.reddit.com/r/assassinscreed/comments/jsa0wf/ingame_ability_preview_become_super_fastsped_up/
Camera also moves faster when moving it and I'm not sure what else it affects. It happens after completing quests or events.
Restarting the game seems to fix it but it keeps happening after completing more quests and events.
