@ubi-gizmo Are we able to refund if we just bought a game last night? Sucks to pay for a service that does not work or get scammed out of it

are we able to refund? just got the game last night, I was really skeptical bc ubisoft is such a bad service and now I regret getting it because I can not even play. it's like ubisoft always has something going wrong, you think they would design their games to be able to be played offline too.

The same happened to me. In my case, I play on PC. The ingot icon pops up in the map but I can't collect it.
