Alliance map bugged, can't go further in storyline

Hi guys. Perhaps you can help me.
I have already made about 90 hours of playing time and 5 alliances: Grantabrycgscir, Lunden, Legracaesterscir, Eoforwic and Snotingahamscir.
The only difference is that I no longer see any new alliances at Ranvi. Maybe someone can help me -
