@yamaci1771 No, I understand and I know very well how R-Bar works. The game's low resolution texture issue has nothing to do with R-Bar. If it were, it should have fixed when I disable the R-Bar. In addition, other R-Bar supported games do not have such a problem. You don't understand this either. If the previous game Far Cry New Dawn looks better than Far Cry 6 at 4K Ultra settings and with HD textures enabled,(8 GB RTX 3070 has zero texture issues) then the problem is Far Cry 6 itself. You don't need to look elsewhere.
I installed Nvidia's new driver (496.13 Whql) and the low resolution textures were back. I installed the 471.96 Whql driver before and solved this problem, but this problem persists in later drivers. In my opinion, this problem is not caused by the insufficiency of the gpu video memory. Because if the problem was completely sourced from VRAM, in this case I would have to observe the same problem with older drivers.Nvidia users should only install the 471.96 driver without making any other changes (R-Bar/HAGS is has nothing to do with). This is the only way to solve the problem.
Low Resolution/Blurry Texture Problem Fix (Nvidia Users)
1-) Install the Nvidia 471.96 driver because 472.12 "Far Cry 6" Game Ready driver conflict shader caching and can't be set correctly. Textures are loaded at low resolution. The same problem existed in the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn.
2-)You need rewrite cache/pipeline. Go to Documents>My Games and delete Far Cry 6 folder. Don't need backup because this folder inclueded pipeline/cache folder.
3-)Enter the game and adjust the graphics settings while in the game menu. Do not change the graphics settings in the game, as this will cause the low les textures again.
I am playing the game with RTX 3070 in 2K resolution + Ray Tracing and Ultra settings (HD Texture package is not installed) and I solved the low texture problem in this way. Some in-game screenshots, textures are working properly and are not blurred.
