I am so sorry if I am rude, but where is the support? Frankly, I think we support Ubisoft at forums with the opened cases, pictures, and videos to solve the problems, but nothing has changed in the last 6 months.

I didn't buy the game from Ubisoft Store and I am not able to play the game but you don't refund me.

However, Ubisoft preparing to launch a new DLC instead of fixing the major problems, so if the company tends to protect our gameplay experience maybe you can give free DLC to those who suffer from the situation.

Meanwhile you can fix those major problems and we can continue to play.

Will Ubisoft do something about this issue. Nearly half a year passed, but we are still waiting for updates.

This is really frustrating and the worst experience I ever have!!!

We are not able to;
*Kill all legendary animals
*Kill all dangers
*Kill all order members
*Find Ragnars Dagger
*Find Thors Amor Set & Mjolnir
*Find Odins Spear Gungnir
*Play Vinland map & can't able to have armor set of that new map


These are just side missions and maybe the best armors and weapons of the game. Maybe there are much more things to do but we cannot do anything because of this bug.

Above all we can not experience the end game scenario.

All new DLC's are awesome, thank you for them, but we can not experience the basics of the game which we pay for.

Pls, let us know about the process and share details of the solution!!!

Thank you for your reply, but most of us cant continue the game and main story because of this bug, and I have stopped playing Valhalla almost 2-3 weeks ago, and the magic of the game has gone.

I understand that there will be no solution for this issue in the near future, and it makes me much more distant from the game day by day.

This is the first time I give up on a game and can't finish the main story because of the bugs, which makes it impossible.
