@smrtiak-svk This is by design (I think). Simply head into the village and it will end up closing off the sequence. The camera will start to pan up (which might be why you appear to be getting stuck) but keep pushing forward and eventually the wedding sequence will end.
@abeonis @Ubi-Raziel Here's a YouTube link to a brief video showing the bug:
@guest-bvsahguj It is because of your HDR settings, namely that you have HDR on. If you want to change the brightness and contrast settings, you need to disable HDR at the system level and then make the change. You can then reactivate HDR at system level and the settings changes should remain in place.
Please excuse the title (an effort to avoid spoilers for any lurkers).
During the final boss fight in the dream sequences, I have a recurring issue wherein the boss will move underground and outside of the combat arena. This only seems to occur when both character models are pressed right up against the edge of the arena (with a set of higher cliffs). When it does happen, the bosses digging animation, for lack of a better term, gets stuck on the higher terrain and Eivor is left to roam around the arean undisturbed.
Restart needed. Xbox Series X.
Maybe I am missing details but cheating his wife is in no way a reason to fire somebody from work. But I guess that's the new world now where your employer will judge you based on your personal life instead of professional work.
His actions brought the company into disrepute. That is a reason to fire somebody.
@karmadash She's not speaking Welsh, she's speaking unintelligibly. She could be speaking English or French for all we know. That is the joke.
Characters like Angharad are speaking Welsh (or whatever the local equivalent was at that time) and are perfectly understandable.
@expressedzero68 If you've completed that quest line, you need to change your hood to a different one and then back again (simply hiding the hood won't work). The Mari Lwyd hood will return each time you visit Glowecestre(scire), so you'll need to do this each time you leave the region.
You need to adjust the way that you are playing this game because Valhalla is different than other games. It won't change to accommodate you.
If the expansion requires us to make use of nickel ingots but doesn't offer us the ability to obtain nickel ingots within the confines of the expansion, that is a problem with game design, not "the way that I am playing."
The best compromise would be if they cut the animuss/present day stuff out and sell it as dlc.
Everybody benefits.
How does anybody benefit from that? All you're doing is removing content and charging people extra to access it. That is patently the very worst thing they could do.
I really wish people would stop with these "lost the animus/lose the modern day" posts every single time we have a new game come out. We get it, you don't like the modern day sequences; I'm sure you have perfectly valid reasons for disliking the modern day, be it that these sequences disrupt the flow of the game (or whatever other reason you have) and I'm not here to claim your reasons are in any way invalid, but your views aren't the only views. Some of us like the modern day and consider it the actual on-going story of Assassin's Creed.
I shouldn't have to pay a premium just to enjoy the actual overarching story of the series I've invested so much time and money into already.
@jk_status No. Not for me, anyway.

In Wrath of the Druids ("WotD"), irrespective of what level your character is, any armour you unlock is at the "fine" level. Now, normally I would be... erm, fine, with this but the problem I'm having comes from upgrading the armour. Becasue all ingots count as Wealth, there is a finite number of them in the game world that can be freely obtained. If I wanted to upgrade all five armour pieces (per set) and a single weapon, it requires no less than eight nickel ingots (and a further eight tungsten ingots to upgrade to mythic) and, considering I'd gone ahead an upgraded a number of different base-game armour sets to at least "flawless" for the transmog, I entered WotD with a grand total of zero carbon or nickel ingots.
I could, of course, purchase these ingots from the in-game stores, but at 250 silver a pop, this nickel cost a heafty dime! (Side note: Not everybody is using the rune glitch to get free silver, Ubisoft.)
Since it is neccessary to use nickel ingots to upgrade the Ireland armour sets, I am very confused as to why the decision was made not to have nickel ingots discoverable in the expansion's game world proper at all. Other posts on the forum have suggested the possibility of having roaming guards in Ireland carry these lower ingots, and short of lowering the silver price in stores to something more manageable, I think this is the best idea.
@zumbala2020 Start on a new gamer profile. Achievements are tied to your profile and cannot be reset.
@bitebug2003 Call him by his proper name (Dwolfg) and he'll return to you.
In all seriousness though, this appears to be a common issue; it's certainly one I've encountered. Ever since I upgraded to settlement level six (and perhaps before), Dwolfg has been missing. Dandelion is also MIA.
@guest-kyuxqkqg Do you have another region you can pledge to? Perhaps try that, and then pledge back to Suthsexe to reboot the quest.
@nospoon911 Have you constructed the tower yet? I believe this is a requirement for the final two Tears of Ymir to spawn.
@guest-kyuxqkqg What do you mean by "the mission"? Is Basim not appearing, or is the quest not in your log?
@italickus Appears to be. I've seen one other instance of this happening when the player is rewarded with several skill points at once which pushes the total over the 400 ceiling. For example, receiving five skill points for collecting the Tears of Ymir when already at 397 SP. Some have suggested these could be converted into mastery points, but to date I've seen nothing from Ubisoft to suggest this is happening (yet).
but I am aware of several friends who expressed this impression to me personally
"Several friends," that's your source for claiming the series has lost a chunk of players due to adding RPG mechanics? Right.
