Dear Ubisoft,
Please fix this issue and stop ruining this game!
Hello Ubisoft,
i would like to raise concerns regarding the endless updates for Legion on PC.
I am concerned that players with a data cap on their WiFi will miss out on updates to Legion. This is because they will be unable to download multiple large updates within a short period of time.
Can I ask that the devs are considerate towards players that don't have unlimited internet please?
@ubi-keo confirmation from who and where because this issue affects ALL platforms apart from PS4 and PS5. Players are still having issues connecting. There is no reason why Ubisoft should be saying there are no issues when there clearly are
Hi Ubisoft,
Can you please clarify what privileges are needed to send private messages to fellow forum users?
i cannot find this information anywhere
Hello Ubisoft,
As the title of this thread suggests, I would like to raise some concerns I had regarding multiple threads of the same topic being merged to create a massive thread on this forum.
1.) I would like to add that doing the above and not telling those whose threads have been merged just causes unnecessary confusion and makes the massive thread very difficult to follow.
2.) Unless Ubi Support say threads have been merged into a massive thread, it is difficult to tell if this has been done (from a forum user perspective). Why should forum users have to search a whole thread just to determine if this has been done or not?
Since I can't edit the above now, i have more to add:
3.) When multiple players start threads reporting the same bug, i know for a fact that eventually the threads about the bug will be merged (i've seen this happen). Players would sometimes report different reasons for why they think the bug occurred. If threads are merged, surely this would make it harder for the players to find a workaround?
@t1gerassassin i find that you are right with everything you've said there. LOTD is easy until the weather conditions are foggy and the extraction point is the drone facility lol
@ubi-wheelyduck hey, Tiger Assassin has already described the difficulties with providing a video for their issue. It's difficult to show which buttons players are pressing in gameplay videos
@mstrtarvos
Sorry for changing the topic with my posts in your thread
Hi all, apologies for any confusion on this issue. Some PC services were taken offline in the past, and that is still pending a fix. That issue didn't affect all versions and platforms of the games
The issue that has come up in the past few days seems to be affecting all of the Watch Dogs services on all platforms. We have reported this to the appropriate team, and they are investigating. We don't need more information from players at the moment, but please keep an eye out for further updates.
Hi @Ubi-Mushy, shouldn't this information be in the News and Announcements section?
I can't help but feel annoyed that it took for threads to be created on your forums to find out that the WD1 online servers are not working as intended!
@cyanidal187 that's only when you stealth in their sight. Otherwise they don't detect you. (That's my experience)
@Ubi-Clem thanks. If at all possible, i'd like to be kept posted whether that's via this thread or by any other means. I'd really appreciate it
@Ubi-Keo can anyone at Ubisoft confirm if the sub-categories under each game on the forums will return at some point? I can only assume they were removed because of the domain change.
@Ubi-Keo I forgot to add, I do have the 'remember me' box ticked when logging into the forums.
@Ubi-Keo Hello, I can confirm the workaround suggested didn't work for me because I get logged out on the forums before visiting the support website. After returning to the forum from the support website, I wouldn't be logged in again.
@Ubi-Clem the issue persists even after following those troubleshooting steps.
No idea if it's the same issue but I somehow got redirected to either Ubisoft.com or the Ubi Store just by clicking on a sub forum on this website. Definitely a first and not a one off by the looks of it.
@Ubi-Boost this issue persists on multiple browsers and devices. On mobile, the browsers affected are Safari, Firefox and Chrome. On PC, it is Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
@Ubi-oof i forgot to mention, i don't get an error message nor an error code when this issue occurs
@Ubi-oof Hi Oof, i don't have 2-SV enabled. But to answer the question, i don't receive emails from Ubi in relation to the forums
@Ubi-TheBerry legend! i appreciate your assistance so far. I'll keep an eye on this thread in case anything is required of me by the discussions team
