after the dive into the haystack they "sound"item dissapears without being able to interact with it.

save and load not working
restart game not working
travel away and back, quest not restarting, item not spawning
travel away for long time(30min+-) quest not restarting, item not spawning
travel out of asgard and back. quest not restarting, item not spawning

any workarounds or player done fixes found ?

graphic cards: msi geforce rtx 2070 super ventus (drivers up-todate)
processor: Amd ryzen 7 3700x 8-core, 3.6ghz

I could finish the quest after jumping down the haystack, any fixes?

Same issue here. Quest cannot be completed.

I changed some difficulty settings and i got the item i needed

I have the same issue on the Series X platform. I got the footfall first, then the a Root of a Mountain, then it said Feline was next again, but there's no way to get it a second time.

The quest “A Feline’s Footfall” is bugged. It won’t complete the quest (even though I did exactly what has to be done to finish it), nor will it reset the cat after dying/reloading an earlier save. It also won’t let me interact with the dwarf the quest items have to be delivered to (so it won’t let me hand over the root item from the mountain either, which was the other quest that was given along with this Feline quest).

It’s on PS4.

There’s many, many other bugs btw. But this one’s flat out stopping me from progressing in Asgard, and the other ones have only been mild inconveniences so far.

Doing the Feline’s Footfall mission in Asgardi followed the cat up until the leap of faith, dived after it but when I landed it didn’t register I’d caught it. I retried the dive several times with no result. Went away and did some real world missions and now I return to Asgard there’s no mission marker or cat to be found. I can’t continue the Asgard arc as a result

Help! I'm stuck, same problem. Completed but it didn't recognise it after jumping into the hay, it says it's still a quest but can't start it again. Hope there's a workaround as I don't have any recent saves..

Changed the difficulty to easy and its completed.

Tried changing difficulty still not working for me. Did the root one no problem. Have no close saves either. Have completed england asgard is the last thing I need to do...anyone find anything else?

The quest A Feline’s Footfall in Asgard won’t complete, which makes it impossible to progress further in Asgard. 

The first time I tried chasing the cat; I jumped too late, so I had to climb back up a bit, which caused me to miss the cat’s jump off the structure, into the pile of leafs. Then when I tried jumping from there a few minutes later (as I looked up where I had to go, at that point); nothing happened. The quest wouldn’t complete. I since tried to leave and return to Asgard, dying, just going to the dwarf, and running the path over again (I even loaded in an earlier save back then); but nothing will reset or complete the quest. 

I’m now almost done with the main storyline now, so Asgard is basically the only bigger side story left, and I can’t progress in it due to this bug. 

Please fix it ASAP. I play the game on PS4. 

Hi all

I've tried multpile times going to Asgard and trying to start the missions 'A Feline's Footfall' and 'Taking Root' unfortunately there are NO quest markers on the map. When browsing the internet and finding the right location nothing interesting happens...

Is this bugged? I've been waiting +- 3 weeks to complete this quest. At the moment I've reached power level 205 so it's about time to really finish this one up before completing the main story.
