Unable to pledge to Eurvicscire

I still can't pledge to eurvicscire. I'd really like to play Halfdans story arc. It says I have the latest update. I'm a skill level 351 and pledged the whole map. How can I get eurvicscire to open?

Can you confirm if you have completed the Jorvik region? If not you need to complete that region first before you can pledge to Eurvicscire. If you have completed all regions then can you please provide a video. In the video can you go the alliance map and show that you have completed all regions, then can you go to your quest log screen to show your active quests and also show your completed quests and scroll down to the bottom.
Do you also recall the last quest you completed? And have you experienced any crashes?
I would also need to know your Ubisoft account username that you use to play the game and on which platform you play the game on.Official Response
