[Suggestion] Introduce a setting for enabling/disabling profile hovercards while browsing

It would be nice to have the ability to switch off the tooltip when you mouseover a users profile in a thread list. I don't generally want to "follow" a forum user (no offense to Ubi-Alien in the screenshot), and the tooltip blocks shorter thread titles.

Also, any progress on giving users the option to select their profile background? I don't play Valhalla, and am only posting here because there are no other feedback forums. -
+1 on being able to select a background, but maybe it's game dependent, so I guess we have to see how it works.

The profile background is the same if you're on the R6 Extraction forum.

Hey @dagrommit! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the profile hovercards when browsing, and also custom profile banners. I've passed forward your feedback on both to the forum development team for them to consider.
To address both yourself and @SevenNVD together with regard to the latter; I raised this suggestion after a previous player mentioned it, however there hasn't been any progress on that discussion yet I'm afraid. The banner itself has however been changed to a general Ubisoft-based one for all players now that we have multiple brands on the platform. If you have any suggestions for potential banners or options you'd like to see, please let me know and I can send these off to the forum developers as well!Official Response -
