Locked Solved [RESOLVED] [TU 1.2.2] Only receiving silver and not supplies from smaller chests | POST HERE

I have completed the game and completed all territories but the game stopped giving supplies to level up the settlement, I gone through all the areas where the chests could be but they all just give silver now I have 800 supplies left and 180 raw material with 2 areas to level up in the settlement anyone have any suggestions

I can confirm this is an issue.
After opening over 50 small chests to test this) I can confirm that Supplies have stopped dropping.
Nothing has given me Supplies for the past 20-30 hours of gameplay, which is kind of a big issue if players are running into this.
I don’t know what caused this. They just stopped showing up (Which is the most ironic thing ever as Suppliesare, sorry, were the most common item drop).
All I can hope for is a fix before there is nothing left to be looted. For the love of Thor’s thundering might, I beseech you.

After latest update, I can't loot any supplies or fabric no more. Small flat chest only give me Silver. I can't upgrade fully the settlement. Please fix this.

The problem is the small chest in monasteries or around cities have stopped dropping supplies they are only dropping silver, there for make it impossible to upgrade our settlement.

Hi all,
I have created a new mega thread for this particular issue and I have reported it to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla team to investigate.
If possible could you all provide a video please. In the video we would need to see the following:- Your settlement level
- Go to Eivor's room and view the settlement requirements on the left hand side
- Show the resources you currently have in your inventory
- Show each region on your map to show how many yellow markers are left uncollected
- Show an example of you opening at least two smaller chests to show that you only receive silver and no supplies
@Hugoferis @lsq_ With regards to the fabric, could you please repost that particular issue on the mega thread here and include screenshots of the following:- Show your quiver and rations level
- Highlight the alter icon on your map if you have not already completed the offering that requires fabric
- Show your inventory screen to show your current crafting materials

Please, fix this soon as possible, because it's keeping me and all of us away from the platinum trophy.

unable to get supplies to upgrade the settlement stuck at 200 when i open a raid chest i get raw materials and silver not supplies

Having the same problem. i have beat the main story and have all territories, i also have every raid complete.

I hope that is thread is not dead and that some of the devs will still see this
Just like all of this peole here I do experinece same thing with the lack of the supplies in those chests
another issue is that there is no more fabric in other chestes in more advanced areas
I did not upgrade fully my equiment, neither quiver or food bag, I am still a long way to go in upgrading those, but I just have 7 fabric on me which I got prior the latest patch, those things just stopped poping up after the patch.. just like the supplies
Also I can't sabotage enemy equiment anymore by pressing F it just doesn't work and I can't trap enemy bodies, I could do that before the patch
I have no idea if it is a bug, maybe It just didn't happen yet or maybe I couldn't find it in my settlement, but there was supposed to be one more building and a settler after I finished questline for Hunwald -

Same problem. Completed all the raids and chests are only giving me silver. My settlement is 5/6 and I can’t do anything. I noticed it started when I downloaded the latest update for the new mastery challenges.

@dionysist Thanks for the videos these are are great. I have forwarded them onto the development team who are investigating. So far they have been unable to reproduce the issue when testing.
@Apogonos I'd also like to thank you for the video. The smaller yellow dots on the map are the smaller chests that you can open. I noticed an area on your map that has a group of them together. Could you please go to Werham and open at least two of the chests in that area to show that you are only receiving silver.

@sintheviking Can you please confirm the Ubisoft account username that you use to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla and also provide a video showing your settlement level, current supplies in your inventory, which buildings are left to upgrade and the supplies required. And also show an example of you opening two chests to show that you are only receiving silver and not supplies.
