River Raids foreign Supplies are becoming iron and leather

I've been playing the river raids after the recent update and now when I open the chests that have foreign supplies I only get iron and leather is this supposed to happen or is this a glitch?

@hawke0325 it is happening when you are fully stocked with foreign material, when you have 400/400...

@smrtiak-svk Interesting however it happens even if I have 0/400 I wonder if it cause I bought everything from Vaugn's shop
