It’s constantly crashing during river raids, and because it doesn’t save you lose your building supplies. I have conducted 7 river raids and only 1 where I managed to get back before a crash with 350 supply’s and 1 where I went straight to the monastery for 150. All the others unsuccessful. It really is a joke how there are so many problems with this game. It is so frustrating it has stopped been fun. So sort it out Ubisoft. Your product is not fit for purpose. You’re all about profit and screw your customers.

@ubi-mark started crashing after update but only during raids, it’s making it nearly impossible to complete the weekly mission 50 river raids, which to be honest is excessive in comparison to killing 50 or 100 with a specific weapon for the same reward 5 runes. You really should be looking at some form of compensation or freeby gift for the community for the continuous glitches and problems the game has. You’ve basically sold an unfinished product!

@ubi-mark loading the river raid also seems to be a problem it takes an age from accepting a raid to journey to the river, it’s so bad it feels like real time voyage! And it’s the same with the return trip if you manage to get that far! So it’s probably a 50/50 split between actually playing and watching the load screen graphics! COMPENSATION!!!!!!!! Sick of the automated, pre-formatted, generic response to every problem you’ve created as a company. Sort it out before release or do a full product recall and full refund to everyone who has purchased this unfinished game, and then re-release it when you have a finished working product.

Yesterday (9/5/21) my river raids crashed for the first time ever. I was swimming ashore and it locked up then restarted the game. (Xbox One X). It has never done this before and I am definitely running Update 1.3.0.
Then today (9/6/21), I went back up the river and hit 2 small forts (50 supplies each) and 1 monastery (150 supplies). I should have returned with 250 supplies, but it only credited me with 50.

Never had any issues with River Raids before this.

I would like to add to this issue FROM JUNE, as I write this IN NOVEMBER...on PC, I have had the first intro River Raid quest FREEZE entirely every single time I try to do it. Every....time. I cannot progress this activity of the game at all. And there is no save state to return to (which is just awful design for a singleplayer game to begin with, and don't even try giving me that "risk/reward/challenge crap). From what I've seen scouring other forums and even these official forums, this issue of freezing/crashing has been reported DOZENS of times, and yet nothing is done. Nothing but canned responses from a developer that doesn't seem to care at all about user experience.

I don't even remotely expect this issue to be resolved. Not even if you had 30%+ of players experiencing the problem. That is how little faith I, as a LONG time Ubisoft fan, have in the company and the developers therein. Just what is going on there where something as simple as a crash/unexpected application close autosave feature cannot be implemented in this activity? And why doesn't anyone here seem to have any advice past "try these unrelated steps you've tried 100 times!"?
