Hi @MattRicc2 I'm sorry that the issue that you are experiencing with 'A Challenge From the Gods' has not been resolved with today's update.

They are aware of the impact this issue is having for the affected players such as yourself and are working hard on a fix. Unfortunately this particular issue has not been something that can be fixed easily which is why it is taking sometime. I can assure you that the development team is doing all that they can to resolve this.

As a gamer myself I do sympathise with you and fully understand your frustration.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein players were unable to progress in the quest 'A Challenge From the Gods' after the first cutscene should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.6.2 which is available now. You can read the full patch notes here.

If you are still experience this issue after installing the new update then please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread so we can notify the development team. When sharing a new report, please can you provide us with the a video which shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the main menu screen.
• That you are unable to progress in the quest 'A Challenge from the Gods' after the first cutscene.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.

@qscv1212 Hi there, sorry to hear you're running into this issue! What version of the game do you have installed? You can see the patch notes for your version on the main menu when you first open the game.

I also recommend running through our basic PC troubleshooting if you haven't already.

Hey @Pr0tekter, thanks for reaching out! Just to check, did you already speak to Hildiran and then watch the following cutscene? If so, can you provide me with a screenshot showing your patch version? This should be visible in the lower corner of the main menu.

@Pr0tekter if you are still experiencing this issue please another video showing the following:

• That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
• Track the quest 'A Challenge From the Gods' and show the objective marker on your map.
• That you are unable to interact with Hildiran in the quest 'A Challenge from the Gods'.

Could you please provide a video to demonstrate these issues. In the video we would need to see the following:

• That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
• Your quest log screen
• Your completed quests (slowly scrolling from the top to the bottom)
• Your alliance map showing which regions you have completed
• Track the quest 'A Challenge From the Gods' and show the objective marker on your map.
• That you are unable to interact with Hildiran in the quest 'A Challenge from the Gods'

@gnajs @Pr0tekter I forwarded both of your save files on to the development team to investigate.

@gnajs the development team have confirmed that you will need to speak to Petra in Ravensthorpe and complete her quest in order to proceed in the quest 'A Challenge From the Gods'. If the issue still persists after this, please let us know.

@Pr0tekter the development team have confirmed that you need to complete more mastery challenges earning bronze and silver medals. Can you confirm if you have started any Mastery Challenges yet? If not please to try access the shrines on your map to see if you can play them.
