Unsolved way of the raven mastery challenge

i cant pick up the last artefact in the way of the raven mastery challenge at wenlocan abbey, its the one at the bottom of the the cave entrance on the top level, i always get the other 3 but there is no prompt to pick the artefact up

Can you please confirm if you're able to interact with other objects? If not, there's a megathread regarding this issue. If that's the case, can you please change your control scheme to default?

In the last two days I have completed the Welocan Raven mastery challenge perfectly three times, but the artifact in the cave cannot be collected. This means this gold medal is impossible to acquire.
I am playing on the PS4, with all current patches. I've tried reloading the save, I've also tried exiting the application and cold-starting the PS4 to repeat the challenge, but the same artifact cannot be collected. The prompt to collect simply isn't there. -

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to collect the artefact in the Wenlocan Challenge of the Raven. Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried already. The development team deployed a fix for this issue in TU 1.3.1. I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting for you.
To help us to take a closer look, would you be able to send us a video which shows the artefact you're unable to collect? We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
