Hello, i encountered a bug which has Soft Locked the game. It is a mystery quest White lady of Tamworth (lady trapped in tower in leideceshire), when i arrived a killed a guy in front of the tower (note that the tower wasn't blocked by the door so i could come inside), the sequence with the lady talking happened and as i was still in tower a guard appeared inside i have assassinated him and stood in front of the tower, now i interacted so Eivor would stand on the place and protect the lady, but nothing was happening. So i moved and tried to talk with her which wasn't possible. Restarted the game completely now the door appeared on the tower so i cant go inside and i cant interact with nothing around so the quest is soft locked and cannot be completed.

Currently enjoying ac valhalla. Ran into a big doing the white lady of tamworth world event. I would interact and stand outside. Waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened. Did anyone find a solution? Thanks

i also have this bug. Same story.
I have exited game. Reloaded saved games. Played more of the game for hours and came back and it still persists.

@pgsloln1 exactly the same for me as well. Hopefully Ubisoft can get this fixed soon.

i killed the soldier and the lady was meant to say something, instead she just didnt move, i fast travelled back and forth, left the game and loaded it back up. but now the door is shut and it says i still have not completed the quest. !!Help Me Please!!

once the soldier has been defeated and spoken to the woman, he makes us stand guard at the door and nothing more happens. How is it resolved?

I was able to complete it if I walked away from the tower, towards the river, her dialogue will prompt (somehow). Stop moving once she starts praising you, let the game play through the dialogue and it completed the world event for me.

The thing with walking to the river works perfectly fine!

Unfortunately this has happened to me too, the tower door is seal shut. The suggestion of walking to the river has not prompted anything...
The world event is still glitched for me

@ubi-swaggins I had the bug, and I can confirm it works to go to the river ,and let the scene play 5

Thought I'd add my two cents. Went through the same motions as most: defeat guard, talk to woman, kill attacker before taking position and the game bugged out. Went off to do other stuff and came back and tried doing the "go to river technique", but no dialogue prompted. Turns out the defeated guard was crying on the river bank to the right of the tower and beside him was the dead attacker. Started carrying the dead attacker's body to the tower and eventually prompted the dialogue to complete the quest. Hope this helps anyone stuck as well.

For anybody that Loaded another save and came back and the fix from the first player didn't work, definitely go to the right of the river and get the body that's laying next to the crying soldier. The dialogue will start once you get back to the door with the body.
