Disabling Finisher camera no longer works

The feature to disable the finisher camera is no longer working. It was a very welcome addition as it made combat flow far more smoothly. Within the last week or so, it's just stopped working and now almost every kill on a captain of boss ends in a finisher camera. Please can this be reported and fixed in the next update.
