This is ridiculous, literally lost 2 fully upgraded weapons (Fyrd Axe and Varin's Axe).. Please fix this!

I just loaded my save and watched my upgraded Carolingian armour disappear off of my character, it's not in my inventory either.

Just logged in and all of my premium items and mythical tier gear is missing..... This is happening to all of my saves. Thanks for ruining my day off....

I can load an earlier save and it will reappear then disappear within a second. I can't carry on playing if this is going to happen with all my gear.

Tried reloading an earlier save as in last night when I logged off. The armor appears and then disappears.

Yeah, this just happened to me too. And even worse is that it's a 'premium' weapon, the Scimitar, I bought from Reda. I can load back and it's there in the loading screen, there for a split second when the game loads and then it just disappears.

I hope this isn't gonna be a regular thing.

Edit: Just noticed my Valkyrie bracers are also gone, also bought from Reda. Plus side is that suddenly I have the full Draugr pack in my inventory. Neat but can I please have my gear back? There's a reason I went for those and not the Draugr stuff.

Yep i have tried several saves - its not the save. Its basically taken away all the Twitch armour and the Hudufolk armour piece that I bought from Reda. Everything else is there. So now I refuse to continue to play until it is resolved. My Ubisoft+ renewal is in 2 days so if it isnt fixed by then I guess i wont renew and go play cyberpunk instead.

@reaperdamo I lost the twich gear and have had my opal collection reduced to 50, i had approx 150 of em. WTH.

@reaperdamo Yeah I'm guessing it's something to do with Ubi Connect. When I first load the game into the main menu, it tells me it fails to retrieve my save file or something. Never had that happen before till right now and all this is happening to everyone simultaneously. Definitely something going on server side.

Reda´s 2 hand Sword is lost and out of my inventory. I have save the game, before I close the game to desktop and now after rejoin the weapon is lost. I have only my hand and in 2nd hand the knife.

Now I have reload older save games, but the 2nd Long Sword is lost!

What is your Solution ? I have see yesterday the support has edit the Thread about issues with the Game. I read the Problem is Known by Support! Have you an quick solution for us? Or must we wait one month ?

I bought Helix Credits. From there I bought weapons and still had some credit left. Now they have all disappeared - INCLUDING MU HELIX CREDITS BALANCE!

It wioll cost me loads of resources to make new weapons so I can continue with the game until this matter is resolved. What is Ubisoft going to do about this? Nothing I suggest.

I lost everything. 30+ mythic pieces both weapons and armor on all my saves. I really hope this gets fixed beyond "it wont happen again" because if I have to grind another 30 hours for that gear back I'm done.

I have lost all my dlc gear and helix points what the hell!

Why my character is completely naked? And why my helix credits is zero? Also my owned item is empty? I spend almost 4000 Helix credit. And 36hours playing this game. Don't joke around please. Please fix this immediately. Thankyou and regards.

@lets_survival in my Loading Screen, I have my Weapon. After Load Screen I lost it instantly. ;(

@ubi-spud This did actually work for me by just choosing a different autosave that was like 1 mins before the one that was broken. This also includes the store Helix balance.

UPDATE: IT HAS ALL REAPPEARED THANK GOODNESS. I loaded the game through Ubisoft Connect rather than the shortcut on my desktop. All is back.
