Unsolved River Raid map clues 0/1

I have unlocked all 3 rivers, and when the monasteries i looted the map clues from respawned, it reset my River map clues counter on the world map to 0/1. To be clear, I am not missing out on any gameplay or content, so I didn't know where to submit (or what tags to apply.)

I finished all the quests of the river raids and got all the items.
but the system showed me in River Severn "river map clues : 0/1"
I tried everything to fix it, but I failed.
How can I fix it?

@eyesides Hey there. I'm sorry to hear about this. I'd like to have you provide me with a video showing the issue you're encountering occurring for review. Also be sure you've compared your progress in-game to that of others, such as in community-made videos or guides!

Hey @johnd203, thanks for bringing this to us! This is issue has been brought to our team's attention and they are currently investigating this further. In the meantime, could you confirm if your save files are uploaded to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it)? This will let the team access your save files for investigations. Thanks for bearing with us as our team looks over this.

@ubi-smash I have the same thing. Both river clues previously found and unlocked the third river, however river Severn has reverted to showing 0/1 map clues.

Hey folks! this issue should have now been resolved after the 1.2.2 update, however, please keep me posted here if anyone is still witnessing this behavior.

Hey there @dark_raven999 - welcome to Discussions! I am sorry to hear that your river map clues counter has reset to 0/1, despite you having collected the relevant clues.
Are you able to provide screenshots or a short video clip showing the affected rivers, as well as your possession of the relevant clues? We previously received a report of this issue persisting after TU 1.2.2 however we haven't received any since then, so it would be helpful for us to gather additional evidence and information for the development team to reference.
Can you also let me know whether this issue persists across all of your save files, and if reinstalling the game makes any difference? Thank you, and let me know if you need any additional assistance in the meantime!

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
