Unsolved FPS drop after some time

Hello? Yes, your game is still not working properly. I can play up to maximum 1,5h and then FPS drop to the floor without reason. The problem was not resolved more than 7 months after the game's release.This is the last game I bought from your store.

Hey there, @jingchang80! I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this frame rate issue as well. To address this, I also recommend that you check out this PC troubleshooting guide, and verify your game files. If you continue to notice dips, please collect a copy of your MSInfo/DxDiag files to share with our support team so we can take a closer look at this for you!

@ubi-ray hi , i already try all the troubleshooting guide & verify game files , the problem is still the same , sometime the fps will suddenly drop to 2-7 and the game was stutter lagging !!!!!

I would also recommend closing out any background applications you may have opened while playing Assassin's Creed Vahalla. If you have already tried this too, please submit a support ticket with your System Files attached so we can take a closer look to see what might be causing this issue one on one.
