Hey folks... I've been having an issue with photomode the last week in that my photos are not saving to the photomode gallery on .com. there are screenshots that get saved, but they all have the save icon in the middle (annoying, but separate issue) and none of them appear in my gallery on assassinscreed.com. I take a lot of photos in-game, so this is bumming me out. Anyone else having this problem?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

For some reason when using Photomode and saving screenshots the pics save properly to assassinscreed.com but the screenshots saved on the actual Xbox have the save icon right in the middle of the saved pic.
@lonejaguar75 I should have mentioned, I think it started shortly after I started playing Wrath of the Druids, if that helps?
Hey @viralundead, it's odd to hear this is only happening on screenshots saved on your Xbox. Sounds like the screenshot from the Xbox is capturing the image to your console as the image is being uploaded to assassinscreed.com. To share this with the team to check into, could you provide a few screenshots of the images you have taken with the save icon showing in the middle of the shot?
@lonejaguar75 added you to this thread since it was similar to what @ViRaLuNdEaD has also been witnessing.
@ubi-smash Thanks for the quick reply. I posted this on behalf of a not so tech savvy friend of mine. His username on the AC Photomode website is shoewrecky. Below is a link to one of his pictures from the site shot in photomode. The other is a pic he took of his screen when looking at the same picture on his Xbox One console:

@viralundead Much appreciated! To confirm with both Shoewrecky and @lonejaguar75, you receive any type of error messages when entering Photo Mode or when taking a screenshot? Does restarting Assassin's Creed Valhalla on your console and going back into Photo Mode result in any difference in taking a screenshot or the images showing on the Assassin's Creed webpage? Already mentioned by @lonejaguar75 but did Shoewrecky also start seeing this issue after playing Wrath of the Druids?
@ubi-smash hey there, sorry, I had given up! I played the game today and tried a photo through photomode and this time it did upload. And yes, the Xbox does appear to take a screenshot while is being uploaded.
As for the photomode website, it doesn't show any of the photos I took between May 16-30, despite my Xbox having eight screenshots, complete with upload icon in the middle
Thanks for your help!

@ubi-smash Hey, thanks for the reply. No, restarting does not fix the issue. Just for reference I am on the Xbox Series X and I do not have this issue at all. Shoewrecky is on an older Xbox One.
@lonejaguar75 I am extremely sorry to hear this. Please know I have shared this information with the team to take a closer look at this. If you find yourself using Photo Mode once again, could you provide a short video showing the steps taken during the snapshot?
@viralundead Thank you for adding this detail! Could Shoewrecky provide a short clip of them taking a screenshot with Photomode so I can share it with our game team to check over? Also, could you provide another image of one of the screenshots where the icon is showing in the middle? It seems that I am unable to view the previous one from the link before.
@ubi-smash
Hey Smash, sorry this has taken so long. I didn't play for ten days or so and then today when I tried photomode twice, I got an error (pictured below). I've had this error before when quick resuming the game and then the auto save doesn't work, but restarting the game always fixed that.
I don't generally use filters when I use photomode, so all I'm doing before taking the picture is moving the camera around.
Thanks for your help!
