    I tried to load an old save file to check how many missions I had done, (but I had already finished the story) (now it's about 176 hours of gameplay, the save was about 140-150)
    I erased it,
    i continued to play normally, but since then, ubisoft connect can't sync valhalla saves anymore!

    I tried to delete the saves to my pc to see if it restored them from the cloud,
    but the strange thing is that in a few seconds it leaves me the message unable to synchronize ..


    UbiSoft assistance advised me:
    uncheck Ubi connect cloud saves
    play 10 minutes to allow you to make automatic save savers
    quit the game,
    put the tick back on cloud saves
    load the game, and choose "LOCAL" saves

    but it didn't work, in 1 second it tells me that it is impossible to synchronize (strange thing as I remember valhalla, with my connection it took at least 15-20 seconds ..!)

    Hello @caosck,

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Save synchronization.

    As you mentioned a few troubleshooting steps performed already, can you please try these steps as well? Once performed, can also restart your Ubisoft Connect and run it with Administrator Rights? This will ensure that your connection to our services is optimal and nothing is blocking this connection from your PC's side.

    @ubi-mark the problem is only with valhalla .. for example Watch dogs Legion works perfectly ...
    but thanks for forwarding these steps to me I have verified that everything is alright ..!

    I have opened a ticket in the official assistance
    and I made a video where I show that the problem continues to occur despite i following the steps ..!

    I checked all the steps, I have made sure that the TCP ports: 443, 14000 are open

    but since NO users have presented this problem, they are convinced that it is either my machine's fault, or my connection: But I have this problem only with Valhalla ..... !!!! if it were a problem with my pc or my connection it shouldn't occur with the cloud saves of the other games too ..?

    a question arises spontaneously: because it manages to synchronize the objectives with the client, but not the saves with the cloud ..? can someone go and check what happened to the valhalla cloud linked to my account ..? 🙂

    ok problem solved

    perform a manual save,
    remove sync with cloud
    create new game (from scratch, zero hours of play)
    close the game
    activate cloud sync choose LOCAL save once inside I can choose my manual save
