Hello, Reda's shop is currently empty, I checked before work this morning and I had 17 hours left on the drauger gloves, got my last few opals after work but there is nothing in the shop, apparently everyone is having this issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/ubisoft/comments/jzs10f/ac_valhalla_redas_shop_this_section_is_empty/
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello there,
I've merged several threads together about players being unable to purchase items from Reda's Shop on 24 November, 2020. This issue has since been resolved, and we will now be locking this thread.
If you are unable to find daily / weekly items in Reda's shop, please can you open up a new thread about this issue? In your post, please include the date/time, and an image that shows Reda's shop inventory. We can then take a closer look at this.
Thanks!
[ EDIT 2 June, 2021: If you are missing a daily/weekly item from Reda's store, please can you report this issue in this ongoing Megathread. Please include an image that shows the item as missing.
We will now be locking this thread. Thank you ]
I frequently lose connection to the ubisoft servers (not my connection, still have a rock solid internet connection when I lose it, added exceptions in firewalls, etc) this causes the issues in the title, but only a hard reset of the game fixes it. The connection issues with the servers need to be fixed
Ok, so. I was happily playing Valhalla, doing some quests for my newest settlement member Reda. After I did those quests, being super happy to get more Opal to spent at the shop of that guy, I went and did a few more small quests, and of course saving my progress. I ended the game yesterday, and when I started it today, I wanted to do some more things for Reda and... no quests. Hm, ok, let's see what the Reda's store says. Empty. My opals, all 102 of them? Gone. I can't go back to a later save, I have no opals, even tho I spent not one in Reda's store, and I can't get any quests from him or his friends. So, I assume it's a bug. A bug that is ruining my game a bit for me, because I wanted to spend my opals on that horse skin. Anyone had that?
Aha, I got them back after I collected a random opal and I also was able to see Reda's shop and the daily quests again.
Hey Aheira, just to confirm, is this issue completely resolved for you now? Or are you continuing to have issues with accessing Reda's shop and the quests from him?
@ubi-woofer I can confirm this happened to me today on the Series X. I also went out to collect a random opal and I now can see all of my opals. Strange little bug.
Thanks for replying and let me know you've experienced this too, SaintlyStorms! Did you happen to capture any footage showing that you couldn't see your opal count before picking up a new one, but could afterward? It will be difficult for me to demonstrate to the devs without some visual evidence unfortunately, so if you could provide a video, it would be much appreciated.
@ubi-woofer I will try to recreate what happened although I'm hoping it doesn't happen again! I'll have a look tonight. I'm also having a bit of issues with 4K HDR Series X clips uploading to Xbox live (like so many others) so it will be in 1080p until Xbox solve that issue out.
Haha, please don't take my request for a video as active encouragement to your save game to make it happen again! If it doesn't, well, that's great!
I'll be waiting to see if anything can be sourced, and don't worry - I think I can handle 1080p!
Playing on PS5, I can't see Reda's store. The inventory won't load. I did quests from him fine earlier today, and I can see online screenshots from other players fine, but I can't see his inventory to buy stuff.
There is the video.@thisismyid2 same here, I was about to post this also I just waited for some time maybe the shop on maintenance? It's been 4 hrs since i last check. I just check, still empty.
Just checked myself... It's empty here too.

On PS4 Pro. Same here, I initially couldn't talk to Reda after doing the 10 contract mission, but I bypassed that by doing the codex mission for hytham, it made Reda available to talk to again, but on completing both the codex and viking for hire missions, and regaining the ability to talk to Reda, the store is now empty.
Same issue - PC, happening for at least the last 5 hours, checked several times since I just got the opal to buy the sword I wanted, which changes tomorrow
I just got 120 opal to buy the scimitar, been saving & grinding all week & now there's nothing in the shop, come on Ubisoft, I love this game, it's amazing but I've literally come across like 50 bugs since I've been playing it
Same thing here. I just recently managed to get the opals for the sword but his shop is empty.
