FPS drops after update to Wraith of the druids

I have a problem with FPS. Everything runs smoothly, of which nothing FPS will fall below 50 and the use of graphics is 95-97%. Then just return to the main menu and it's okay again for a while. Other games don't do that.

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
