Glitch - Unseal the Well of Urdr

After I finish adjusting the sun stones, and Havi/Eivor said "The light has found its mark. The stone is lit", nothing happens. No cut scene, no unsealing of the well.
I saved game and reloaded, and when I came back, there light beam between the receivers are gone, and there are nothing to activate in the receivers! I'm stuck.
This is after the Abbot's Gambit glitch kicked in and quests become undoable (no quest marks or explanation on main screen). Even Asgard quest is glitchy. This game is becoming impossible to play..!
I have not seen others with this problem, so hopefully it can be fixed. -
@melrosechoc My apologies for the frustration this quest has been. To help share this with the game team to look over, would you be able to provide a video clip of the beam missing along with a screenshot of your quest log showing you are currently on this objective?
