Thanks for sending us a video, @R2Gunslinger! We've passed this along to the development team so they can investigate this issue further
If you have been affected by this issue, the development team are interested in collecting additional videos. Can you please send us a video that shows you're unable to move the shelves in any direction when interacting with them, preventing you from accessing the wealth? We can then pass these along to the development team for a closer look.
Thanks!
@jaredch256 as I moved the big door to the left and then forward I heard a click sound
Hey folks! Our team is currently looking over this further. They have asked if you could provide a video clip of this being replicated on your end along with uploading your save to the Cloud (you will see a cloud icon on your save slot), this will greatly help with their research.
@r2gunslinger That's exactly the same behaviour i'm experiencing on the PS5. Looks like you have the same situation? You knocked out the small boxes inside? to the left of the smaller movable object?
Hello there @mokumouse!
Would you be able to send us a video that shows you're unable to move the shelves in Cashelore at all when you interact with them? We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.
Thanks!
@ubi-borealis here you go! quite a suprise to see the castle being a hostile area again after the story in free roam...(intended i guess?)
Thank you so much for that video, @mokumouse! I've passed this along to the development team for use in the ongoing investigation
@ubi-borealis no problem. One small extra note, my save is also in the cloud storage, i read that that would help investigating the issue. thought i just mention it.
Thanks for confirming your cloud save is available, @mokumouse. I'll notify the development team so they can take a closer look at your save, if necessary
@mutant_enemy Thank you!!! I took me about 5 or 6 throws, but I was able to move the left shelf far enough back to squeeze through.
Hello there!
@mokumouse & @mcmaksa75 - The development team are still investigating this issue with the shelves in Cashelore further, and we don't yet have any new updates to share from them. As soon as any new information is made available, we will be sure to notify you within the forums as soon as possible.
@iruntables - I'm glad to hear that you've been able to collect the wealth using @Mutant_Enemy's workaround! Thanks for sharing
Thanks
I cannot move the larger of the two crates in Cashelore Ireland, so I cannot unlock the Gear chest behind it.
Hello there @MattDouble0!
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble moving the shelves in Cashelore. The development team are currently investigating this issue further. If possible, would you be able to send us a video that shows you interacting with the shelves in Cashelore, and that you're unable to move the larger one in any direction at all? We can then include this in your report to the development team.
Thanks!
Hey everyone,
I'm pleased to advise you all that as of the release of TU 1.3.0, this issue with the shelf being stuck in Cashelore is now resolved. You should now find that the shelf can be moved, and the Celtic Breeches obtained!
If you are still struggling to move the shelf and believe the issue to persist following this recent title update, please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue, as well as confirming the platform(s) you play Assassin's Creed Valhalla on. It would also be extremely helpful if you could ensure that a recent cloud save is available on your account so that this can be passed to the development team for further investigation if needed.
Thank you all for your understanding while this issue was investigated, and the best of luck from all of us with collecting 100% of the wealth in Ireland!
Hello there,
As we have had no reports of this issue with the shelves in Cashelore persisting in game following the release of TU 1.3.0, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble with the shelves in Cashelore, please don't hesitate to create a new thread so we can investigate further.
Thanks!
