    @pindakaas1985 yup same here - it’s been MONTHS since they were notified. Will
    not spend another penny on Ubisoft until it’s sorted. They have no interest in fixing existing problems, just interested in making new games and making more money.

    Hello there,

    I apologise for the delayed update. The development team have confirmed that a fix for "Flann Over Ireland" was deployed in TU 1.4.1. We will now be marking this thread as "Resolved."

    If you are still unable to progress in "Flann Over Ireland" due to Barid being stuck at the stables and/or Ciara staying at the tavern, please can you provide us with a video which shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.
    • You are unable to progress in "Flann Over Ireland" due to the NPCs being stuck.


    I'd recommend uploading this video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then forward these reports to the development team for further investigation.

    @Pindakaas1985 & @chr15m4nue1 - Are you still unable to progress in this quest following the release of TU 1.4.1? If so, please can you provide us with a video showing the information requested above? We can then pass these reports to the development team and reopen the investigation into this issue.

    @ubi-borealis My glitch has not resolved. I have the latest update (1.4.1, and I have completed the new Isle of Skye storyline). I have made several comments in the past on this thread, and have included videos and photos then. Their positions are still exactly the same, Ciara is at the table with the quest marker above, and Barid is standing by the stables. Neither can be interacted with, and hitting/shooting them makes absolutely no difference. Still am unable to continue the quest.

    PLEASE just make this quest marker in a different place or something where it doesn't require interaction like we could meet them at the location to continue the quest rather than having to ride their together, since this is apparently such a difficult glitch to fix considering this has been an issue since the DLC release in May last year that prevents the continuation of the main DLC storyline...

    @ubi-borealis Made another video showing my bug is still there. Seriously, I'm having such a hard time believing that a company as big as Ubisoft doesn't have the capabilities to fix a bug this detrimental whilst they are simultaneously churning out new content for this game. Like a solution wasn't even an option until a few days ago (y'know, 7 whole months after the DLC release and this issue was still reported), and it STILL doesn't work for some of us.

    Hey everyone, I just to want to add here that if you are still encountering this issue in-game after TU 1.5.0 has been released and fully installed on your platform, then please don’t hesitate to update us within this thread. When sharing your report, please include a video which shows the following:

    • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.
    • That you are unable to progress in “Flann Over Ireland” as Barid and/or Ciara are stuck.

    @jakebull1 ive the same issue and ubisoft wont help because i cant take video because the games blocked me from doing so , i sent 4 videos of the exacr same issue and the person on ubisoft chat just kept repeating i need a video or i cant help you they claimed it wasnt a known issue! No help from ubisoft wasted my money on an add on thats broke on one the first missions

    @ubi-gizmo yep ive just this issue now tried unisoft chat and they kept repeating they needed a video so i sent 4 off youtube as the games blocked me from video or screenshot on ps4, the ubisoft claimed it wasnt a known issue! Then exited the chat because they werent my own videos even though its exactly the same! Ive just started this add on and feel ive wasted my money no way to progress please help me ubisoft, pointless having live chat when the people on the other end have no clue

    I understand that you're having trouble capturing footage to share with us. To my knowledge, you should be able to capture in-game footage on PS4 without any errors. To do this, you can use the "Share" function on your PS4 controller, and then upload the video to a sharing platform (such as YouTube or Twitter). This will allow us to take a closer look at how this quest is behaving in your game. You can use this support article from PlayStation for further assistance in capturing and sharing in-game footage.

    If you are being blocked from capturing footage, would you be able to provide us with an image of the error you're receiving? We can then take a closer look at this as we investigate your issue further.
