There is not accessible opal in Ireland, Port Auley. (xbox)
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello there,
As we have had no reports of this issue with collecting Opals persisting in game following the release of TU 1.3.0, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble with collecting Opals, please don't hesitate to create a new thread so we can investigate further.
Thanks!
Can confirm this also. Not able to pick up the opal.
I play on PC
Hello there!
Thanks for reporting this stuck opal to us. I wasn't able to collect this opal in my own game either I've passed your reports along to the development team so they can take a closer look at this.
Thanks!
As playing tha game - i found with help of my bird, an opal - in Port Auley, Connacht. It lies in whale skull and it is not takeable. Even does not show a mark ´E`- Collect´
Needs mods to look at this problem and solve it.
@bas68wilt Seems you missed it,here is official response https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/98371/opal-bug
No wonder we have this https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/98256/opal-map-is-unavailable-in-ireland-post-here
How the map could be avilabe if some opals are bugged.Who knows maybe there are more.Typical bugisoft,no update without fail.
@ubi-borealis There is another noncollectable opal in the cave where you have to deliver the five relics from the graves to unlock the treasure chest.
You can spot it with Sunin and it appears to be right in the treasure chest, invisible and unreachable.
Hello there!
Thanks for your report, @BAS68WILT! The development team are aware that this Opal cannot be collected. I've checked in on the investigation, and it looks like they intend to resolve the issue with the Opal at Port Auley in a future update. Once we have more definite information, we will let you all know within this thread and in the News & Announcements forum.
@Kormac67 & @cavveman - Thank you for letting me know that the Opal at Ui Neill's grave cannot be collected either. I've passed this information along to the development team so they can take a closer look at this one as well.
If you find any other Opals that cannot be collected, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can investigate further.
Thanks!
