Game is not opening

Hi guys.
First of all, sorry for my english, i am using translate.
As someone who never missed any of your games in this story starting from Alamut castle, I bought it through Uplay today, even though I finished the Valhalla series, which is the best you have ever done. But the game does not open. It freezes on the start screen and does not turn on even though I just wait. I will add the screenshot. I do not want to return the game. Can you please help

Regarding the game being unable to launch - can you please try running through the steps found within this FAQ, to troubleshoot your system's performance? If you're still having trouble after, I'd like to have you reach out to our dedicated support team via the creation of a new ticket. When creating this ticket, its best to attach a copy of your MSINFO and DxDiag files to the case for review.Official Response -
Thanks for answering and for the little editing
but I was able to fix the problem somehow. I did not remove the problem in case someone else is alive. I was using MSI afterburner software for the FPS indicator. I turned it off and I'm playing smoothly. I can finish this game many times but I hope the game will be more active and lasting with the updates. Thanks again. -
