I bought in november the gold edition of the game. We can't download the dlc and obviously, Azar is nowhere to be found in game (looked all over the docks and nothing). I am playing on PC... (ubi connect doesn't seem to allow me to buy the dlc separately, that's a relief)
@epsilon122 ngl I think the studio has become a bit of a joke. This game could have been amazing, and they just keep messing it up at every opportunity. Like, a DLC launch isn't even a new thing, they even delayed it to get it right... And still messed it up
@katzenkrimis71 - honestly the game as a whole has been a big let down after Odyssey for me.
This title will be my last AC pre-order. Ubisoft already lost any pre-orders from me for their Ghost Recon titles after the Breakwind fiasco of a game, now lost my money for any future Assassins Creed titles. I guess its a good option for them to move to Free-2-Play titles (as they announced a few days ago) as they clearly aren't going to be able to make money on people buying games from them at this rate!
Everybody can evaluate the situation:
If you are an owner of AC Odyssey and its season pass, you will see in the owned DLC section within UBISOFT Connect: all individual DLCs plus the season pass.
In AC Valhalla's (as owner of the season pass) owned DLC section you see there only the season pass, no individual DLC.
this is disgusting first we pay full price for a beta version and now you lie and scam us with the dlc BHA ! and here is your stupid proof now let us play !!!
Add me to the list of season pass owners who are seeing NOTHING. Bought the Gold Ed directly from Ubisoft, playing on PS4, I'm really disappointed as I have generally had a pretty error-free main game.

That's the issue.
It only works for the Uplay+ folks.
It's unbelievable that they found a way to screw this up.
Maybe if enough of us press this button in our Orders section - - we might get some actual service? Honestly close to doing this now, what with the low quality of the game generally and now this.
I own ultimate edition. And I can't access the dlc at all.
And seems like it's not released yet for me in Sweden. From the ingame store it says coming soon...
And not even provide an update to explain or apologise for the delay.

Ubisoft, you guys just keep finding new ways to screw over your customers.
So I am to believe that the DLC is only available for Ubisoft+ subscribers and NOT the people who actually payed full price for the game + season pass?

@sloggster No. 12:01AM is midnight so it translates to 01:00am. According to Ubisoft ANZ they are investigating the season pass issue.
Its released as some PS5 players can download it and it is available to buy on my xbox at least in Norway.
@xrayspex_73 am not Ubisoft plus subscriber ,just found a way to download it searching on the PSN store itself,otherwise wasn't available.
