Hi Ubi,
Wrath of the Druids has officially released in Europe (Spain in my case). But I cannot download it. It does not appear as part of the season pass on the Xbox Store and it does not show as owned on the game store either. Only available for purchase. Can you guys please fix this whenever is possible? Thanks!

I'm about halfway through playing AC Valhalla and I've decided to buy the Season Pass which contains the Wrath of the Druids DLC.

In game, when I click on the Sign Post to star the quest, I get a message saying 'Unavailable Content' and that I should quire the expansion pass through the store.

But when I click on the Store under Season Pass it states 'Installed'.

Whats going on, is this a bug?

I also get errors when I start the game saying that it can't sync achievements... I don't know if thats related.

Is there any fix to this?

Strange that the in game message says to buy it, but doesn't warn its not out yet...

@archie45672021 from what i can tell its been there since the last update, which Ubisoft said they released early in preparation for the DLC. Also why the 'bonus content' message keeps appearing. I guess previously they would have released the update and DLC at the same time and avoided this confusion

so i bought assassins creed valhalla gold edition and i saw no signs that i actually had the season pass. So I thought I should wait until 'wrath of the druids'. It turned out that I could not build the ireland post. When I looked at downloads in the shop it turned out that I had downloaded ac valhalla (normal edition), while I really have a case with ac valhalla gold edition on it. I also saw in my bank account that I had bought AC VALHALLA GOLD EDITION with an account of 100 euros.

@ubi-keo well it is already 13th May in New Zealand and it is not yet available there....

@smrtiak-svk im in aus and its telling me i have to pay for it even though i have the ultimate edition which has everything

@guest-hnjl00sr Wrath of the Druids isn't released yet, so you shouldn't see anything till late today, early tomorrow.

I'd recommend opening a tech support ticket for the account issues, since I don't think the forums can do much for you.

@guest-hnjl00sr I’ve got the same issue, I’m from Australia and brought the ultimate edition for Xbox one, my season pass is ‘owned’ but it’s not even in my list of downloads when I manage the game and yet Wraith of the druids is $38.95 despite me owing the season pass, I’m confused.

I cannot seem to find how to gain access to the DLC.
I own the Season Pass but like does it require a seperate download somewhere ?
PS i'm on PS5 and cannot find if there is a seperate download for the DLC or how to gain access to it ?

Because it's not released yet.

Depending on your time zone you'll get it today before midnight, or at midnight.

@thannorubi having the same problem, i have theseason pass it suppose to be part of it but yet it says I need to buy it. I sure hope this gets fixed and fast because this way i feel scammed.

Same here. Bought the Ultimate edition on Launch day. In the store it says now that I have the normal edition instead of the Ultimate. I can buy the Ultimate and/or the DLC.
