Ubisoft connect not working

Hi
When I try connecting to Ubisoft connect on Valhalla i first need to change my password, when I have done that I try to log in but I get the message “an error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later”
This has been going on for 1 month and I have tried it more than 10 times with different accounts but nothing seems to work. -
@nylander05 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Ubisoft Connect.
Can you go through the Ubisoft Connect connectivity troubleshooting if you haven't already done so then try again.
