Unable to complete 'Holy Day' as the quest has not appeared in quest log

I just came back from Norway and the weird thing with Sigurd and Basim, and the only story arc I had left was Hamtunshire. At Hamtun Blockade I released the prisoners. I spoke with Guthram again, and he talked about forces gathering at Chippenham. The quest is complete, but Holy Day has not been offered, and there are no markers on the map.

@eedbeej I can confirm that this is a known issue and the development team are working on a fix for a future update. In the meantime the only suggestion I have would be to try loading a previous save before you started the quest 'Kingdom's End' and try completing it again.
