Hej
A friend of mine did some testing yesterday on Valhalla using different tools, and he managed to test the hard caps of different stats in the game, like xp, silver, skills, resources ...
I thought it might interest some of you.
Here are his findings:
Have a nice weekend all!
Hejdå!
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@garbo3 indeed. Each point you put in a mastery rise your stats of 0.015% (almost pointless haha )
For example, if you have a base attack of 200, and if you have, let say 100 points, invested in Bear mastery, you'll end with an attack of 203. Wooo!
@garbo3 You can still do it for the fun, but at the end itäs not "that" bad in fact as masteries have cross effects. For instance damage is increased by two masteries, health is also affected by two masteries. It's at the end a bonus of roughly 30% which is not negligible. But it requires to heavily invest in them, and by heavily I mean hundreds of points for starting seeing the difference.
Masteries are a long run process: if we consider that a random player with an average playtime/day manage to do 2 masteries / day (one by killing stuff, the other by buying a book of knowledge), it will take him 3000/2 = 1500 days = more than 4 years for maxing the three masteries ^^
(same than in Odyssey btw, if you want to max all passive skills)
Very interesting about the mastery points! At least now I don't feel so bad about not distributing them.
