Locked Unable to progress with “Kingdoms end”, after pledging

Hi I have the same problem as everyone below - the cut scene just will not run when approaching Werham to continue with quest. I have noticed that although I select the quest in the quest list - i keep getting advised while playing to select quest in the top left corner AND the blue diamond does not appear at Werham.
this seems to have been an outstanding issue since Nov 2020 by the looks of it - when is it going to be fixed?
