Hi,
I’m encountering a bug at the Hvallgrof Outpost in Vinland on PS4.

One Wealth is trapped in a body that I killed a while ago. It’s marked on the map and HUD, but I don’t have the prompt to loot the body.
And since enemies don’t respawn in the area, I can’t just go away and kill him again.

It’s the only region I haven’t completed yet, so it’s preventing me getting the Completionisy All the Way! trophy.

Tried reloading/restarting etc, but no dice.

Please help!

I have the same problem.
I was checking Vinland for something else and saw I had a missing wealth in Hvallgrof outpost.
It is indeed stuck on a dead body. I tried moving the body but that did not work.

After completing the story arc in Vinland and clearing some places along the way, I'm unable to go back and collect one part of the wealth from an enemy in "Hvallgrof Outpost". The enemy died during combat with an animal and I am unable to loot him now, therefore I cannot complete the area 100%

@sofajockey Thanks, This worked for me. Moved body outside the boundary, laid trap, smahed the body and the guy spawned.

@ubiwan I managed to submit a case by using the US site.

Exact same problem here, all I want is the completionist achievement

I also have this issue. I’ve 100% complete all areas. Went back to Vinland and it now says I’m missing one wealth. When I go to the location the wealth is showing as a dead soldier who has already been looted when I pick the body up the wealth icon moves with me. I therefore cannot get the Completionist achievement.

I could also not create a support case as you said.
On reddit I found a workaround to force a respawn the body.

To clarify the steps:

• Carry the body to a nearby camp with patroling guards. (Brúhamarr outpost is ideal for this)
• Place the body on the road where guards are patroling.
• Set a trap on the body.
• Make sure the guards discover it and activate the trap. This disintergrates the body.
• Travel back to England
• Travel back to Vinland.
• The live guard should now be respawned in the Hvallgrof Outpost. This will be the only guard in the camp and will be lootable.

I hope this helps you also. It fixed my game.

@rorzabal this was awesome I can finally delete the game from the hard drive after getting my platinum trophy. Space is a rare resource on the PS5. Thank you good sir.

I'm unable to loot the ingot from the enemy carrying the wealth located in Hvallgrof, Vinland. This is the final piece of wealth I need to unlock the trophy "Completionist All The Way!" Now I'm prevented from getting the trophy (and consequently the platinum trophy) until the body is fixed or the wealth is moved to a chest or something instead. Please look into this and include it in the next patch please.

Still there after 1.1 patch on ps4.

I wondered why I hadn't got completionist, so came back to check and found this stupid bug. I'd already finished this section ages ago.

By finished I mean the game listed as all wealth and mysteries completed before I left it. It was the 1st territory that I fully completed.

Same one for me. Kill the guy, even get the ingot off him but the icon still shows and no credit. Hope this can be fixed. It sucks to have spent all that time collecting everything and to have this 1 thing prevent the final achievement.

Same boat on the ps4.

This happened to me as well.
On Reddit someone suggested setting a trap on the corpse and throwing it at another enemy, causing it to explode. Return to England and then go back to Vinland, and the soldier with the treashure should have respawned.

As usual when trying "experimental" solutions, I recommend saving your game before you try this. It did work for me though.

@rorzabal just stumbled upon this solution myself. I carried the guard all the way to Nyhofn thinking the innocents would explode him but they didn’t. So I just shot him with arrows until he exploded. Then I traveled out of Vinland and back and the enemy had respawned at the camp. Killed him and looted him. PS4 trophy gained.

This worked for me too on XSX. Took the body out the camp and came across some random enemies. I then set a trap on the body which exploded when the ransoms came close.
I then travelled out the area and went back to Vinland. The soldier had respawned at the original camp. Went there killed him. Achievement completed.

No enemies in my safe games to try that with. Tried blowing up the body to no avail as well. I happen to kill him by some fire casks
