Unable to Equip New Skills?

I'm skill level 409 and just unlocked 4 new skill points. However, it will not let me equip any of the 3 new skills, even though I can see them in the skill tree. Is anyone else able to do so? Or are they not going to be usable until Wrath of the Druids comes out? Kind of annoying to have the skill points notification in the corner of my screen with no way to get rid of it.

@ubikoreanbbq Here you go. You can see I now have 6 unused skill points, but the "Acquire" button is greyed out for all 3 new skills.

Update on this. I just noticed that there are actually 4 or 5 new nodes before the main skills that have to be acquired first. So, I was able to equip Cold Rage and am now level 415. Sorry for the false alarm.
