Patch 1.2.1 and the main quest is still broken

Hello,
some months ago I finished the quest where I had to find Halfdan near a tiny tower. After I had done the tasks that were required for the quest I wasn't able to talk to Halfdan again, but the quest was still listed as done in my quest log. I have no new main quest since then and I can't continue the game. Even with the current version there is still no main quest in my quest log or on the map, I can't talk to Halfdan or Randvi to get something new and I have finished everything on the alliance map. Unfortunately I also don't have any older save games. Is there any way to solve this problem? -

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
