Save Game Will Not Save After Title Update 1.2.1

I play frequently and I save often to avoid potential data loss due to a crash, etc.. After updating to Title Update 1.2.1, FIVE times so far today within an 8 hour period I've experienced an issue where the save process locks up and just displays "Overwrite ... Please wait." and the spinning icon at the bottom right but it never finishes/saves. The save process normally takes 1 second but I have waited 5 minutes and it never goes away. I'm forced to close the game and reload fresh. This error does not occur every time but I have never experienced this in any of my time playing on my 476 hour game file. It only started today after the title update.

I'm not sure why this is happening but when trying to reproduce this it was occurring about 1 out of every 20-30 saves. Please let me know if you need any other information or details. -
I just wanted to report that this has been continuing to occur multiple times a day over the past few days. Never had a problem prior to the Title Update 1.2.1.
