Tried to share pic but is too heavy. Thought it wS between 5 and 8GB
Sorry I don't get on with machines so am a dummie in all this despite been gaming for more than 20 years. I am 45 yo though I feel like 25 in my head

According to the patch notes, the update for PS4 should be between 5-8 GB (depending on region). I notice in the image you shared it has "Downloading: 1, Waiting: 1." As a fellow PS4 player, I've noticed that updates appear to "download" twice. Once when being downloaded from the internet, and again when being installed to your game. This could be why it appears to be double the size.
As I cannot speak on behalf of PlayStation, I would recommend contacting them for more information on how your updates are downloaded to the console, and why these may appear larger than advised.
