I can't talk to anyone in my village and I also dont get a new mainquest bc I cant talk to randvi. I don't wanna start a new game. I finished chapter 5 and killed wigmund.

when i hand in the quest, nothing happens, quick cut scene, then nothing, find that i cant talk to anyone. and the woman in charge of changing my crew is completely gone, but only if i hand in that quest. i revert back to a manual save and they all work as long as i dont hand it in. Now i do have everything else done, i did the Bjorn quest too. so this is my only way forward in the story, unable to access the map to pledge myself to the third area

I've merged together several similar threads about "Reporting on Grantebridgescire" not being added to the quest log after the completion of "Island of Eels." I apologise if any ongoing discussion has been disrupted by this merge.
I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the issue wherein "Reporting on Grantebridgescire" isn't triggered should be fixed in TU 1.2.1. This update was deployed 27 April, 2021 at 1 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
If you are still encountering issues with completing the Grantebridgescire pledge following TU 1.2.1, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:- You have TU 1.2.1. installed. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
- You are still unable to complete "Reporting on Grantebridgescire."

As we have had no further reports of this issue persisting in-game following the release of TU 1.2.1, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble when "Reporting on Grantebridgescire," please don't hesitate to open up a new thread so we can take a closer look. When opening a new thread, please include as much information about the issue you're encountering as possible. Any images or videos that demonstrate the issue in-game are also helpful for further investigation.
